Advanced Level Attendance Policies
Purple Level
Dancers in this level are required to take a minimum of one Ballet/Jazz class and either a Ballet Technique class or a Conditioning class. Dancers in this level are required to attend the Royal Dance Competition with two dances and may, in addition, attend any other competitions if the entire class is able to attend. Dancers in this level must attend class regularly. They cannot miss any more than one class a month unless they have a doctor’s note or have make up classes scheduled. If injured, dancers must still attend their choreography classes, watch, and take notes. Dancers that miss dance for any reason may be required to take private lessons to catch up or make up required class time. These lessons are $38 per half hour.
Turquoise Levels
Dancers in this level are required to take minimum of two Ballet Classes (one of which must be Technique only class), one Jazz class and one conditioning class. Dancers in this level must attend class regularly. They cannot miss any more than one class a month unless they have a doctor’s note. If injured, dancers must still attend their choreography classes, watch, and take notes. Dancers that miss dance for any reason may be required to take private lessons to catch up or make up required class time. These lessons are $38 per half hour.
Coral Level
Dancers in this level must attend class regularly. They cannot miss anymore than one class a month unless they have a doctor’s note. If injured, dancers must still attend their choreography classes, watch and take notes. Any dancer who chooses not to attend class to watch will be required to arrange private classes with their teacher at $40 per half hour. Dancers must have a minimum of 4 hours of Ballet Technique a month. This does not include your Ballet class in which you learn a dance. If they miss for any reason they must come to additional technique classes to make up the time. Dancers that miss dance due to other activities may speak to their teacher about private lessons to make up class time. These lessons are $38 per half hour.
Red Level
Dancers in this level must attend class regularly. They cannot miss anymore than one class a month unless they have a doctor’s note. Gray Level
Dancers in this level must attend class regularly. They cannot miss anymore that one class a month unless they have a doctor’s note. Dancers in this level must attend class regularly. They cannot miss anymore than one class a month unless they have a doctor’s note. Make Up Class Policy
If you miss a class due to illness please email your teacher at casadancestudio@gmail.com to find out the best class to make up in.
Please be aware that when making up a class, if the class is full you may not be able to sit in the dance room.
